Our digital marketing practice will be one of the major growth areas for 2020, and we need additional rainmakers like you to help us grow it next year and beyond! We’re looking to add to our growing team of B2B digital marketers as we expand our product offerings and services with a Digital Marketing Associate with experience in growth marketing and/or eCommerce.

Job description

  • Working solo or with other marketers within project teams and other special projects when needed
  • Conduct external research to develop competitive insight for industries and individual clients, as well as conduct internal research and analysis into client’s current strategies, capabilities, technology, and process
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to determine KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with and proactively make recommendations to team members on campaign optimization, testing, redefining KPI goals across paid search, paid social, email, display, organic social media, and more to drive business
  • Helping clients to understand paid spend and set budgets accordingly
  • Build dashboards and processes for key metrics in order to drive repeatable practices for the client and our marketing team members for other projects
  • Become immersed in all that is digital to grow our client’s business
  • Hands-on implementation in a variety of marketing technologies and techniques
  • Enabling marketing team and sales teams with specific e-commerce and/or growth marketing best practices and knowledge
  • Adding value and expertise to our Marketing ‘wall of brands’ through knowledge sharing and/or certifications you can add to your skillset repertoire
  • Create and refine recommendations for a client’s path forward to help achieve goals and digital marketing maturity
  • Collaborating and enabling fellow team members and leaders with your experience and knowledge
  • Learning new experiences and knowledge from fellow team members and leaders you may not possess or want to sharpen
  • Opportunities to dip your toes into other areas of the marketing practice and business at large in order to expand your marketing, technology and business savvy in your quest to become a well-rounded marketer

you ideally have

  • 2-3 years in B2B digital marketing, inclusive of eCommerce and/or growth/channel marketing experience
  • Experience across a variety of channels (owned/paid/earned)
  • Experience in executing cross-channel, orchestrated campaigns in a complex B2B buying process
  • Familiarity with sales CRMs
  • Ability to connect the trifecta of channelsàcontentàlanding pads/sites to continually optimize journeys and associated campaigns, but most importantly, create demand generation that grows our client’s business
  • Worked hands-on in MarTech stacks, including automation and analytics
  • Collaborated and enabled sales teams
  • A positive attitude
  • A service-first and collaborative mindset, for both internal and external clients
  • An understanding of the broader marketing landscape and marketing’s impact in the larger business landscape
  • Previously worked with clients (internal and/or external)
  • Experience delivering research, best practices, solutions and recommendations
  • Understanding of journeys, personas, segments and related marketing experiences
  • Understanding of how design/UX and marketing symbiotically work hand in hand
  • Account based marketing experience a plus
  • Open-mind and constant curiosity to learn, grow and adapt
  • Possess a D.R.E.A.M. mindset (Data Rules Everything Around Me) …with the ability to blend data with the creative side of marketing
  • Self-starter
  • Adaptability
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not a mandatory.
