RSM’s content management system was siloed, buried, and dispersed, inhibiting them from using their website as a revenue-generating tool. RSM wanted to deliver a better digital experience to their customers, streamline their content management internally, leverage untapped channels like mobile, and use their website to drive business value.

  • Designed a responsive solution and migrated RSM to Adobe Experience Manager to provide a streamlined experience across devices & break down siloed content
  • Utilized dynamic tagging and taxonomy so content authors could add and update content quickly and easily
  • Implemented Adobe Analytics to improve RSM’s ability to target customers based on data, create campaign profiles, and integrate onsite data with Eloqua
